Member Services Officer

The CTO requires a proactive person to lead the member services function and be the face of customer services to our members, all of whom are Community Services Sector Employers providing Community Transport throughout NSW.

Based in our Parramatta office, this role reports directly to the CEO who is good to work with and genuinely promotes flexibility.

Ideally you will have a working knowledge of the Community Services Sector and may have worked within the industry previously.

Your duties will include:

• day to day member service administration ,

• preparing regular member and government communications and newsletters,

• member visits throughout NSW, 

• member relations and contact,

• management of member database,

• website updating,

• event and conference organisation.

The role is full time, extremely satisfying and depending on the skills you bring to the job, and what duties we can allocate, you salary will be within the range of $48,000 to $58,000.
