The CTO is honoured to present its first Reconciliation Action Plan that will guide us on the reconciliation journey, both in our own organisation, and on behalf of our members.

Our vision is to create a truly inclusive Community Transport sector for First Nations peoples who engage with the CTO and our members, whether as employees, stakeholders, partners, funders, or service users.

We see our role as uplifting reconciliation goals more broadly across our member organisations and in areas where we lead, to encourage accessible and equitable transport solutions.

We'd like to thank our RAP working group which includes First Nations voices to guide us and provide insight into the experiences, stories, needs and advice of First Nations peoples in relation to Community Transport.
